A delicious and colorful dish that combines halloumi cheese and grilled vegetables. Perfect for summer grill parties or a light dinner. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 garlic clove - 1 head of lettuce
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 bunch of basil
- 2 bell peppers
- Oil for brushing
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 200 g halloumi cheese
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp capers
- 500 g asparagus
- Oil
Instructions:
1. Slice the halloumi and eggplant into half-centimeter thick slices. 2. Chop the bell peppers into pieces.
3. Brush the pepper and eggplant slices with oil.
4. Grill the halloumi, eggplant, bell peppers, and asparagus on a grill or grill pan until nicely charred.
5. Add the cherry tomatoes to the grill for a moment until they are warm.
6. Prepare the salad by mixing the lettuce, chopped basil, black pepper, and salt.
7. Place the grilled vegetables and halloumi on top of the salad and finish with the capers.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
