Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 2 dl milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil (for frying)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, milk, egg, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Let the batter sit for about 10 minutes to thicken.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the oil.
3. Pour batter onto the pan in small portions and cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
