A delicious rhubarb pie baked conveniently on the grill, perfect for summer treats.

Serving Size: 8 servings

Ingredients:

- 200 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 dl rhubarb pieces
- 1 dl sugar (for filling)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium heat and place a ceramic pie dish inside to warm up.
2. Melt the butter and mix it with sugar in a bowl.
3. Add the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
4. Press the dough into the bottom and sides of the pie dish.
5. In another bowl, mix the rhubarb pieces, sugar, and cornstarch. Pour the filling over the dough in the pie dish.
6. Bake the pie on the grill for about 30-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
7. Let it cool for a moment before serving.
