Ingredients:
- 4 Grilled Sausages
- 200 g mixed salad greens (e.g., iceberg lettuce, arugula)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 50 g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Grill the sausages according to package instructions until they are golden brown.
2. Rinse and chop the mixed salad greens, cucumber, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes.
3. Slice the avocado and crumble the feta cheese.
