Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats - 1 dl almond flour
- 1 dl honey
- 1 dl coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 dl dried berries (such as cranberries or raisins)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond flour, and salt.
3. Melt the coconut oil and combine it with honey and vanilla extract.
4. Pour the oil mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.
5. Add the dried berries and stir until a uniform dough forms.
6. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press it into an even layer.
7. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow to cool before cutting into serving pieces.
