Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats- 1 dl almond flour
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 dl milk or plant-based milk
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 100 g dark chocolate (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).2. In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond flour, vanilla powder, baking powder, and salt.
3. Mash the banana and add it to the mixture along with the honey and milk. Stir until smooth.
4. If using, fold in the chopped dark chocolate and mix well.
5. Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Allow to cool before serving.
