Ingredients:
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 10 biscuits (e.g., digestive biscuits)
Instructions:
1. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
2. Gently fold in the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until well combined.
3. Crush the biscuits into small pieces and divide them among serving dishes.
4. Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top of the crushed biscuits.
5. Layer the mixed berries over the mascarpone mixture.
6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of berries.
7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
8. Garnish with extra berries before serving. Enjoy!
