Ingredients
- 4 nectarines or peaches- 100 g mascarpone cheese
- 3-4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 2 tbsp amaretto or almond liqueur
- ½ dl chopped almonds
Instructions
1. Carefully remove the pits from the nectarines.2. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese with the powdered sugar, lemon zest, and liqueur until smooth.
3. Fill the fruit with the mascarpone mixture.
4. Place the filled fruits in a greased baking dish and bake at 225°C (437°F) for about 20 minutes.
5. Serve immediately, warm or chilled.
