A delicious layered lasagne filled with ground beef and mascarpone, perfect for a family meal. Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients
- 400 g ground beef- 200-300 ml cream
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 200 g mascarpone
- Lasagne sheets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Grated cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Basil
- Balsamic vinegar
- A pinch of brown sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Meat Sauce: In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft. Stir in the minced garlic and crushed tomatoes. Rinse the tomato can with water and add to the sauce. Season with salt, black pepper, basil, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of brown sugar. Simmer to thicken.2. Prepare the Cheese Sauce: Combine the mascarpone with the cream and season with salt and pepper.
3. Layer the Lasagne: Grease a baking dish and start layering with lasagne sheets, followed by the meat sauce, cheese sauce, and grated cheese. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, topping with cheese sauce.
4. Bake: Bake the lasagne in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
5. Serve: Let the lasagne rest for a few minutes before slicing into portions. Enjoy!
