Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g canned crushed tomatoes - 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 0.5 dl water
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Lasagna sheets
- 150 g Taleggio cheese, sliced
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the crushed tomatoes, chopped onion, crushed garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.2. In a separate bowl, loosen the mascarpone cheese with water and add the Italian seasoning.
3. In a baking dish, layer the tomato mixture, mascarpone mixture, and lasagna sheets alternately.
4. Place the sliced Taleggio cheese on top.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 50 minutes. Cover the dish with foil and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before serving.
