A creamy and indulgent dessert featuring mascarpone cheese and chocolate, topped with fresh berries. Preparation Time: 15 minutes + 1-2 hours chilling
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1/2 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g chocolate (e.g., dark chocolate)
- Fresh berries (e.g., strawberries or blueberries) for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar until soft peaks form.
2. Gently fold the mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream mixture until well combined.
3. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, then let it cool slightly.
4. Add the melted chocolate to the mascarpone mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
5. Spoon the mixture into beautiful glasses or bowls and refrigerate for about 1-2 hours to set.
6. Before serving, top with fresh berries. Enjoy!
