A delicious lasagne that combines traditional flavors with modern ingredients, perfect comfort food for Easter or any celebration. Preparation time: 1 hour. Serves: 6.

Ingredients:

- Lasagna sheets
- 400 g ground beef (or vegetarian alternative)
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 eggplant
- 150 g kale
- 200 g radicchio
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 250 g ricotta cheese
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano

Instructions:

1. Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
2. Add the ground beef to the pan and brown it. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
3. Chop the bell pepper, eggplant, kale, and radicchio. Add them to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
5. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Place the first layer of lasagna sheets at the bottom.
6. Spread some of the vegetable and meat mixture on top, add ricotta cheese, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it.
7. Repeat the layers until the ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of lasagna sheets and sprinkling parmesan cheese on top.
8. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
9. Allow the lasagne to rest before serving.
