Ingredients:

- 9 lasagna sheets
- 500 g ground beef (or a mix)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 250 g ricotta cheese
- 200 g mozzarella cheese, grated
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
2. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned.
3. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Let simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
4. Prepare the layers for the lasagna: start with a layer of meat sauce, followed by lasagna sheets, ricotta cheese, and then grated cheese. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
5. Finally, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 30-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
