This delicious lasagna combines pork-beef ground meat, tasty vegetables, and a creamy cheese sauce. Perfect for a family meal or gathering with friends!

Ingredients:

- 400 g pork-beef ground meat
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 9 lasagna sheets
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 200 g Koskenlaskija cheese
- 50 g butter
- 500 ml milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Peel and finely chop the shallots and garlic. Heat the butter in a pan and add the shallots. Sauté until soft.
2. Add the pork-beef ground meat to the pan and cook until the meat is browned. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
3. Stir in the flour and mix well. Gradually add the milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
4. Crumble the Koskenlaskija cheese into the sauce and stir until melted.
5. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
6. Grease a baking dish. Start assembling the lasagna: layer the meat mixture, then the lasagna sheets, and continue layering until all ingredients are used. Finish with the cheese sauce on top.
7. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
8. Let the lasagna rest for a few minutes before serving.
