Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- Lasagna sheets
- Ground beef sauce
- 0.5 tsp salt
- A pinch of nutmeg
- A pinch of black pepper
- 150 g grated cheese
- 3 tbsp flour
- 600 ml milk
- 3 tbsp margarine
Instructions:
1. Prepare the ground beef sauce (you can use your favorite recipe).
2. Make the cheese sauce: Melt the margarine in a saucepan.
3. Add the flour to the melted margarine and let it cook for a moment while stirring.
4. Gradually add the milk while stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth.
5. Add salt, nutmeg, and black pepper. Bring to a boil and remove the saucepan from heat.
6. Assemble the lasagna: Place a layer of beef sauce at the bottom of a baking dish, followed by a layer of lasagna sheets, and then cheese sauce on top. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used. Finish with grated cheese on top.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
