A delicious pasta sauce made with ground meat, tomatoes, and creamy garlic cheese. Perfect for a comforting meal!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes
- 1 dl water
- 2 tablespoons garlic cream cheese
- 1½ dl cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add the onion. Sauté until it is soft.
3. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and water. Mix well.
5. Stir in the garlic cream cheese and cream. Mix and let simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the sauce over pasta.
