Creamy Blue Cheese Pasta with Milk Sauce

Ingredients:
- Pasta (your choice, e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 2 dl milk
- 2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 package Koskenlaskija blue cheese spread
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. In a saucepan, heat the milk and add the crushed garlic. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
3. Mix the all-purpose flour with a small amount of cold water and add this mixture to the milk. Stir well.
4. Add the Koskenlaskija blue cheese spread and lemon juice. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and mix well. If needed, add a little reserved pasta water to help the sauce coat the pasta evenly.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
