Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ginger (freshly grated or powdered)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions:
1. Pour the almond milk into a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat.
2. Add turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, honey, black pepper, and ginger.
3. Stir well until all ingredients are combined and the drink is warm but not boiling.
4. If using coconut oil, add it now and stir until melted.
