Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup fresh berries (e.g., blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
- 2 cups yogurt (e.g., Greek or plain yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup milk or plant-based milk
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.
2. Place the banana, berries, yogurt, honey, and milk into a blender.
3. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
4. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again.
