- Vegetable broth
- Processed cheese
- Thickening agent (e.g., cornstarch)
- Cottage cheese
- Chopped herbs (e.g., basil, parsley, chives)
- Mineral salt
- Black pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
- Parmesan flakes or grated cheese
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
2. Heat the vegetable broth until it reaches a boil.
3. Add the processed cheese to the broth and stir until melted.
4. Sprinkle in the thickening agent and cook for about a minute.
5. Mix in the cottage cheese and chopped herbs. Season the sauce with mineral salt and black pepper.
6. Heat the sauce once more and then remove the pot from the heat.
