A delightful mini macaroni bake flavored with blue cheese, perfect as a side dish for meat dishes. Quick to prepare and so tasty that they can be enjoyed without any extra seasoning.

Ingredients:

- 350 g macaroni
- 1 tbsp salt (for boiling water)
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml milk
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 150 g grated cheddar cheese
- 150 g blue cheese

Instructions:

1. Bring water for the pasta to a boil and preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Add salt to the boiling water and cook the macaroni according to the package instructions, but only for half the time (e.g., if it says to cook for 6 minutes, cook for 3 minutes).
3. Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water. Transfer the pasta to a bowl and crack the eggs into it. Mix well.
4. In a saucepan, heat the cream and milk. Add salt and black pepper.
5. Stir in the grated cheese until melted, being careful not to let it burn on the bottom.
6. Remove the saucepan from heat and crumble the blue cheese into the mixture. Stir vigorously.
7. Pour the cheese mixture over the macaroni and mix until well combined.
8. Place paper liners in a muffin tin and divide the macaroni mixture among them.
9. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the bakes are golden brown.
