A refreshing and colorful pasta salad perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

- 50 g cream cheese, shredded
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce, shredded
- ½ cucumber, cut into strips
- 1 dl sun-dried tomatoes, cut into strips
- ½ dl cooking oil
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 50 g sliced salami
- 2 dl sour cream
- ½ dl chili ketchup or regular ketchup
- ½ dl pickled onions
- 1 ½ dl uncooked twist pasta
- 50 g bell pepper, sliced

Instructions

1. Cook the twist pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Shred the iceberg lettuce, cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes, salami, and bell pepper.
3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded ingredients, cherry tomatoes, and cream cheese.
5. Prepare the dressing by mixing the sour cream, chili ketchup, and pickled onions together.
6. Add the dressing to the pasta mixture and stir well.
7. Pour in the cooking oil and mix again.
8. Serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator before serving.
