A delicious creamy dessert with a hint of minty chocolate, perfect for a sweet treat. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup quark cheese
- 1 cup whipped vanilla pudding
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 bag crushed peppermint chocolate (Mariannerouhe)
- 2 tablespoons cloudberry liqueur (or any other liqueur)
Instructions:
1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the quark cheese and whipped vanilla pudding.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark and vanilla mixture until well combined.
4. Add the crushed peppermint chocolate and cloudberry liqueur, mixing gently to incorporate.
5. Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and sprinkle additional crushed peppermint chocolate on top if desired.
6. Chill the desserts in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours before serving.
