A delicious and moist Rahka-Peach Pie, perfect for coffee breaks or as a dessert.

Ingredients

- 125 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- ½ dl potato flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g quark
- 2 dl sliced peaches (fresh or canned)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a pie dish.
2. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a bowl.
3. Add the egg to the mixture and stir well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, potato flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar, then add to the butter mixture. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
5. Pour the dough into the pie dish and smooth the surface.
6. In another bowl, mix the quark and sliced peaches together. Spread this mixture over the dough.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
8. Allow the pie to cool before serving.
