A modern twist on the classic Peach Melba, combining raspberries and peaches into a delightful dessert. Perfect for celebrating summer days.

Ingredients:

- 2 ripe peaches
- 200 g fresh raspberries
- 100 g sugar
- 1 dl water
- 1 dl cream
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 50 g almond flakes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Peel and slice the peaches.
2. Prepare the sugar syrup: boil sugar and water in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves.
3. Add the peach slices to the sugar syrup and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
4. Whip the cream and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
5. Plate the peach slices, raspberries, and whipped cream.
6. Sprinkle toasted almond flakes on top.
7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
