Ingredients:
- 200 g rice - 400 ml water
- 150 g shrimp
- 100 g squid
- 100 ml breadcrumbs
- 100 ml grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. 2. Sauté the shrimp and squid in olive oil in a pan for about 5 minutes.
3. Mix the cooked seafood with the rice.
4. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
5. Shape the rice and seafood mixture into a volcano shape on a plate.
6. Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle the mixture over the volcano.
7. Bake the dish in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
