A hearty dish featuring juicy meatballs stuffed with cheddar cheese, served with a spicy chili sauce.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 500 g ground beef
- 100 g cheddar cheese (diced)
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

Chili Sauce:

- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 dl tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp ground coffee
- 1 tsp chili powder (or to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Take a handful of the mixture and place a cheese cube in the center. Shape it into a tight ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the meatballs for about 8-10 minutes, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
4. For the chili sauce, sauté the diced red bell pepper in the pan. Then add the tomato sauce, ketchup, ground coffee, and chili powder. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Serve the cheddar stuffed meatballs topped with the chili sauce. Enjoy your delicious and filling meal!
