Tuna and Shrimp Baguette with Cheddar Filling

A delicious baguette perfect for a light lunch or snack, filled with savory shrimp and cheddar cheese. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
- 0.5 red onion, chopped - 15 g Cheddar cheese slices
- 1 baguette or ciabatta
- 2 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 3 slices of bell pepper
- 1 dl shrimp
- 40 g (4 tbsp) canned tuna
- 5 tsp mayonnaise
- 10 g tartar sauce
- 30 g lettuce
- 1 dl lemon juice (juice of one lemon)
Instructions
1. Cut the baguette (or ciabatta) in half lengthwise. 2. In a bowl, mix together tuna, shrimp, mayonnaise, tartar sauce, chopped red onion, and lemon juice.
3. Spread the mixture on the bottom half of the baguette.
4. Top the filling with sliced cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, and Cheddar cheese slices.
5. Add lettuce and close the baguette.
6. Cut into serving pieces and enjoy.
