A delicious and easy-to-make tuna spread infused with Eastern flavors, perfect for sandwiches. It elevates regular canned tuna to new heights. - Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 can of oil-packed tuna - 1 tablespoon preserved lemon powder
- 1 tablespoon harissa paste
- 1 hard-boiled egg
Instructions:
1. Drain most of the oil from the tuna can, leaving a little for flavor. 2. In a bowl, mix the tuna with harissa paste and preserved lemon powder.
3. Chop the hard-boiled egg with a fork into small pieces and fold it into the tuna mixture.
4. Spread the tuna mixture onto bread and enjoy. You can add cucumber slices on top if desired.
