Tsukiji-Style Fish Salad

A refreshing summer salad inspired by the delicious flavors of Tokyo's famous Tsukiji fish market. Perfect as a summer dish or side. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 people
Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh salmon (or other fish) - 200 g shrimp
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 1 dl fresh cilantro
- 1 dl soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the fish: Peel and cook the shrimp. Cut the salmon into small cubes. 2. Prepare the vegetables: Peel and cube the avocado, and slice the cucumber and red onion into thin slices.
3. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients: salmon, shrimp, avocado, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
4. Make the dressing: Mix soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently.
5. Garnish the salad with sesame seeds before serving.
