A delicious Mexican dish featuring crispy fried fish, topped with a spicy chili mayo and fresh mango-radish salsa.

Ingredients:
- 400 g white fish fillets
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cornmeal
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 dl cold water
- 1 l oil for frying
- Tortillas for serving
Chili Mayo:
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp lime juice
Mango Radish Salsa:
- 1 ripe mango (diced)
- 1 dl radishes (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 red onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 lime juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the chili mayo by mixing the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a bowl. Set aside.
2. Make the mango radish salsa by combining the mango, radishes, red onion, lime juice, and salt. Let it sit for a moment to meld the flavors.
3. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornmeal, salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Gradually add the cold water and stir until a smooth batter forms.
4. Heat the oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
5. Dip the fish fillets into the batter and fry them in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
6. Warm the tortillas in a pan or oven.
7. Fill each tortilla with the fried fish, drizzle with chili mayo, and top with mango radish salsa.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy the flavors of Mexico on a summer evening!
