Ingredients:
- 8 corn tortillas - 400 g fish sticks
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 1 dl yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce (e.g., iceberg lettuce)
- Tomatoes (diced)
- Fresh cilantro (chopped)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the fish sticks according to the package instructions. 2. Meanwhile, halve the avocado, remove the pit, and mash the flesh in a bowl.
3. Add lime juice, yogurt, honey, and season with salt and pepper to the avocado. Mix until smooth.
4. Warm the corn tortillas in a pan or microwave.
5. Assemble the tacos: place lettuce on a warmed tortilla, top with fish sticks, diced tomatoes, and avocado sauce.
6. Finish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
