Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate - 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.2. In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the sugar until well combined.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Stir in the flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt until fully incorporated.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is set and the surface is firm.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optional: Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate for decoration.
