A rich and decadent chocolate cake that's perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
3. In a larger bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until the mixture lightens and becomes fluffy.
4. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and stir well to combine.
5. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the chocolate mixture, stirring until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is set but still slightly moist in the center.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.
