Fresh and delicious tuna rolls make the perfect lunch or snack, especially in the summer. Quick to prepare and easy to take on the go!

Serving Size: 2 rolls
Ingredients:
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- Tuna Filling:
- ½ can tuna in water (drained)
- approximately 50 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (or suitable amount of wasabi or horseradish)
- a splash of lemon juice
- spices to taste, such as black pepper, chili powder
- capers
- Other Fillings:
- cucumber, sliced
- tomato, sliced
- crunchy lettuce
Instructions:
1. Mix the ingredients for the tuna filling together until well combined.
2. Spread the tuna filling over the surface of the tortillas.
3. Add the sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce on top.
4. Roll the tortilla tightly into a roll.
5. Enjoy the roll immediately or refrigerate it to let the flavors meld, making it great for a picnic.
