Ingredients

- 500 g chicken fillets
- 2 dl milk
- 2 dl popcorn
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Oil for frying

Instructions

1. Cut the chicken fillets into bite-sized strips.
2. Pour the milk into a bowl and add the chicken pieces. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
3. Crush the popcorn into fine crumbs and mix them with the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
4. Remove the chicken from the milk and coat them in the popcorn mixture, ensuring they are fully covered.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Serve hot with dipping sauce and vegetables.
