A refreshing and nutritious drink perfect for breakfast or a snack. Preparation time is only 10 minutes and the recipe serves about two.Ingredients List:
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 cups yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the banana and chop it into small pieces.
2. Remove the core from the apple and cut it into cubes.
3. Add the banana, apple, frozen strawberries, yogurt, and orange juice into a blender.
4. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey.
5. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. You can add ice while blending if you like a colder drink.
6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
