This delicious pasta carbonara is quick and easy to prepare, perfect for a weekday dinner.

Ingredients:
- 400 g spaghetti
- 150 g bacon
- 2 eggs
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Drain the pasta, reserving a little cooking water.
2. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the bacon and garlic. Cook until the bacon is crispy.
4. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix with the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the bacon mixture in the pan and stir well.
6. Remove the pan from the heat. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta and stir quickly to lightly cook the eggs.
7. If necessary, add a little reserved cooking water to make the sauce creamy.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
