Ingredients:

- 500 g potatoes
- 200 g carrots
- 150 g broccoli
- 200 g chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 100 g feta cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. Boil them in salted water for about 10 minutes.
2. Add the chopped broccoli to the boiling water and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Drain the vegetables and set aside.
3. Sauté the chicken fillets in olive oil over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Season with salt, black pepper, and thyme.
4. Mix the cooked vegetables together and crumble the feta cheese into the mixture.
5. Slice the chicken fillets and serve them on top of the vegetable mixture. Garnish with fresh basil.
