Ingredients
- 0.5 dl all-purpose flour - 0.5 dl cocoa powder (not cocoa drink mix!)
- 1 dl potato flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 1 dl milk
- 0.5 dl oil
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.2. In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, potato flour, and baking powder.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until foamy.
4. Add the milk, oil, and vanilla sugar to the egg mixture and mix well.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until you have a smooth batter.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the cake is done (test with a toothpick).
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
