Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the rye flour, salt, and seeds.
2. Gradually add the water and olive oil, kneading until the dough is smooth.
3. Allow the dough to rest for about 30 minutes.
4. Roll the dough out into a thin sheet and cut into desired shapes.
