A delicious and quick pasta dish with fresh spinach and cherry tomatoes. Perfect for a weeknight dinner!

Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 g fresh spinach leaves
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for about one minute.
3. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the cooked pasta and spinach to the skillet. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes until the spinach wilts.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix thoroughly.
6. Serve warm and garnish with fresh herbs. Enjoy!
