A delicious and easy baked pasta dish that’s perfect for weeknight dinners. This recipe combines pasta, ground meat, and a creamy tomato sauce, all baked to perfection.

Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 200 g ground meat (beef or chicken)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 2 dl cream
- 150 g grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella or emmental)
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are soft.
3. Add the ground meat to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and cream into the meat mixture. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, mixing well.
6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
7. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
