Sour Beers:
- Brewdog B-Series Blitz Raspberry beer
- Brewdog B-Series Lemon & Honey beer
Goat Cheese Popcorn:
- 1 bag of popcorn
- 100 g goat cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Popcorn:
- Cook the popcorn according to the package instructions, using either a microwave or a stovetop.
2. Season the Popcorn:
- Once the popcorn is ready, transfer it to a large bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the popcorn and mix well.
- Crumble the goat cheese on top of the popcorn.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and thyme (if using).
