A delicious and hearty burger featuring flavorful kyytönjuusto, crispy buns, and fresh toppings. Perfect for summer festivals or casual gatherings. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 burgers
Ingredients:
- 4 burger buns - 400 g kyytönjuusto (or any cheese of your choice)
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 dl ketchup
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- Lettuce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing the onion, tomato, and cucumber. 2. Cook the kyytönjuusto in a pan over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and melted.
3. Lightly toast the burger buns until they are golden and slightly crispy.
4. Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise and ketchup on the inside of each bun.
5. Add the cooked kyytönjuusto, onion, tomato, cucumber, and lettuce on top.
6. Close the burger with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
