Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate and mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
5. Stir in the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt until combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is set. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy it plain or with whipped cream.
