Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
5. Sift in the flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar into the batter. Gently mix until all ingredients are combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy it with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
