Ingredients
- 600 g chicken fillets - Salt and pepper for seasoning
- 6 butty rolls
- 200 g goat cheese (sliced)
- 2 dl mango chutney
- Butter (for spreading on the rolls)
Instructions
1. Cook the chicken fillets in a pan until fully cooked, seasoning with salt and pepper.2. Thinly slice the goat cheese.
3. Split the rolls in half and spread butter on the inside.
4. Fill the rolls with the cooked chicken, goat cheese, and mango chutney.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
