Ingredients:

- 400 g spaghetti
- 150 g bacon or pancetta, diced
- 3 eggs
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta, reserving some cooking water.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the diced bacon. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic to the bacon and sauté for another minute.
4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the bacon and garlic. Mix well.
6. Remove the skillet from heat and quickly add the egg and cheese mixture to the pasta, stirring vigorously to prevent the eggs from scrambling.
7. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to make the sauce silky and creamy.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
