Serving Size: 4 pizzas
Ingredients:
- 500 g pizza flour - 300 ml water
- 10 g salt
- 5 g dry yeast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g mascarpone cheese
- 100 g mushrooms (e.g., champignon or porcini)
- 100 g parmesan cheese (grated)
- 50 ml truffle oil
- Fresh walnuts (chopped)
- Fresh arugula (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix pizza flour, salt, and dry yeast together.2. Add warm water and olive oil to the mixture. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is elastic.
3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
4. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius (or the highest possible temperature).
5. Roll out the risen dough into four thin pizza bases.
6. Spread mascarpone cheese evenly over the bases.
7. Slice the mushrooms and arrange them on top of the pizza.
8. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and chopped walnuts on top.
9. Bake the pizzas in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
10. Remove the pizzas from the oven and drizzle truffle oil over them. Garnish with arugula before serving.
